Clarion Pointe Medford Hotel

Fairly clean hotel, wonderful staff & great and comfortable location in an area with a lot of meth addicts. Friendly services, good Wi-Fi. The quick check-in process too. Location short walk to the Harry & David's store, and a shoping center. Nearby The Point Pub and Grill - great place to chill out.

The staff were superfriendly, it was a bonus.

Had a bit of trouble finding the hotel off the main highway. The room door seemed old and had a gap on the bottom....not as nice as the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at in Eureka, California, the day before at the same price.

The Hotel was very clean, comfortable and staff was extremely friendly.

I could not get my shower to work. Could not turn it on!! The girl at the front desk said they had just fixed it that day and may have over tightened it. I asked for a deduction but she said she had to run it by management. I haven't heard from them yet. I would expect to receive at least a third of the room cost. A good shower is one of the things we pay for! Could you help me with my request? I would have thought they would have contacted me by now but since they haven't, I'm probably just out the $$$. Won't stay there again that's for sure. One would expect my request to receive an answer of some sort. But no answer is like saying - we don't care buster! That's poor management period!

Breakfast was great and the staff member was very efficient and prompt. Totally comfortable and close to our destinations.

Good breakfast options and the most attentive breakfast attendant I've ever seen. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Good Wi-Fi reception. Rooms in good shape, nice mattress.

Chocolate chip cookies on arrival, very comfortable bed, loved the shower water pressure!

The staff was helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. She allowed us a late checkout without extra charge and made sure we had everything we needed, like towels for the pool. Our queen room with two queen beds wasnice and neat, and we enjoyed lounging by the indoor pool during our time there.

The room was new-fashioned with dryer, an excellent view of mountains and lounge chair, had a good night's sleep.

The king room I stayed in was clean and updated, with a soft bed and an excellent HD TV that added to the comfort. Breakfast was hot and well-stocked, with dedicated staff ensuring everything stayed replenished. The facility felt somewhat worn and had an outdated interior that could use a refresh to match the pricing. I found the hotel to be quite noisy at times despite it being full, which detracted from the experience.
